Reservation Process

We ask for a 50% non-refundable retainer of the total reservation balance to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the delivery date.

We do not require a minimum for Pick up and Drop Off at our warehouse. Our local delivery minimum is $400

Our advertised rental rates typically cover 2-3 days

Deposits are nonrefundable.

Reservations canceled more than 7 days before the event will receive the balance in store credit.

Our required 9% damage waiver is peace of mind. The fee covers normal breakage, wear and tear, such as our nicks on flatware or scrapes on our tablescapes. It does not cover missing items.

These little things happen, and we do not want you stressing about them during your event! This waiver does not cover gross negligence of lost or stolen items. The replacement cost of all missing items will be charged to the contracted client.

Local Delivery and Pick-Up

Local Delivery + Pickup Service is $150.00

We do out of town deliveries all over Florida. Please inquire with one of our sales reps for out of town delivery fees and minimum requirements

Delivery and pickup are scheduled at the time designated by the event planner and/or client.

There is an additional cost for Night/After hour pick ups, Sunday deliveries, and time definites.

This service does not include event execution or scullery, but please inquire if you would like this added to your proposal.

Yes, we ship our chargers and China nationwide.

You may make an appointment and visit our showroom or we can Mail or deliver your samples directly to your door. We do not charge for samples. We only charge delivery/shipping.

Collaboration/Sponsorship Requests

Collaboration among our event industry is essential and we love the opportunity to align with like-minded businesses that share our appreciation for our Table Top Products.

We do not charge for Collaborations/Sponsorships however there is a $150.00 delivery fee required to take care of our delivery staff and their routes. Should you opt to pick-up and return yourself, that option is available free of charge.

In return, we simply ask that our items be treated as your own and handled with care.

Our Expectations

We only participate in collaborations where all tableware categories are exclusively represented by Different Look.

This helps prevent confusion regarding our client offerings.
